Statistics are calculated based on historical data -- the appointments that you've previously checked out on StyleSeat, whether they were charged through ExpressPay or not. In order to see the most accurate data in your Reporting tab, be sure to keep your schedule up to date, including recording cancelations and checkouts carefully. Note: business graphs are updated periodically, and may not reflect minute-by-minute changes.

Where can I find the reporting page?
On your mobile app or mobile web, visit your stylist dashboard. On the top of your screen, you’ll see “HOME” and “REPORTING.” Tap the “REPORTING” section and you’ll be directed to the stats dashboard, where you can see graphs analyzing your sales, clients, and services over time.
