Under our review system, clients' reviews do require your approval and are automatically posted. Reviews that are unflattering but still constructive and/or appropriate will not be deleted simply for being negative.
If you feel a client's review is inappropriate or non-constructive in nature, please contact the client directly to work out the matter. Clients have the ability to edit their reviews for up to 30 days from the date of their appointment.
If a client cannot or will not remove an inappropriate review, you may contact email@example.com for assistance.
You can reply to client reviews:
When looking at your client reviews, there is a button to respond to the reviews directly under each review. Clicking that button will open a page where you can write your response to that client.
Once the review is submitted, your response will show directly underneath the review you responded to and your responses are editable. The client will receive an email letting them know you’ve replied.
We suggest responding to reviews - good or bad - as doing so helps new clients get to know you a bit better.
