Book an Appointment
- Click on the menu button in the top left-hand corner of your screen
- Tap "Search" and search for a service or stylist
- Scroll through the list of professionals and select one offering your desired service
- Tap "Book" for the service you're interested in.
- Select the day and time that you wish to book
- If the professional allows, you may add a service when booking your initial service.
- Tap "Book Now." Then, if necessary, add a credit card and complete your booking
If you wish to reschedule an appointment:
You will need to locate the email confirmation in your email inbox and click, "Reschedule or cancel your appointment" located towards the bottom of the email.
Log in to your StyleSeat client account, click on the appointment you wish to reschedule. From here you can reschedule or cancel your existing appointment.
Do I need a credit card?
It depends on your professional! Some professionals have a No-Show/Late Cancelation policy active which requires all of their clients to enter in a credit card prior to booking. This is so they have the ability to charge clients who cancel their appointment without proper notice, or who do not show up to their scheduled appointment.
If you attempt to cancel an appointment within a 24 hour window:
- certain stylists don't allow cancellations within 24 hours.
- certain stylists may charge a fee to cancel within a 24 hour period.
