NOTE: To enforce a no-show/late cancellation policy through StyleSeat, you will need to have ExpressPay active and require a credit card to for clients to book with you.
1. Go to StyleSeat.com
2. Tap the "More" tab and visit "Payments and No-Show Protection".
3. Tap, "No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy"
-If you have not already signed up for ExpressPay, press, "Sign me up!" (you might have to wait a few days for approval).
-if you have ExpressPay active, select the no show late cancellation policy that will work best for you, then click, "Sign me up!" to save your settings.
That is it! Your main goal is to build a loyal clientele and get paid. By charging a late fee/no show fee, you are training clients to respect your time.
