NOTE: To enforce a no-show/late cancellation policy through StyleSeat, you will need to have ExpressPay active and require a credit card to for clients to book with you.
1. Go to "More" > "Payments & No-Show Protection" > "No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy"
2. Select the no show late cancellation policy that will work best for you, then click, "Sign me up!" to save your settings.
That is it! Your main goal is to build a loyal clientele and get paid. By charging a late fee/no show fee, you are training clients to respect your time.
