On your desktop or laptop computer:
Locate the appointment you'd like to refund on your Calendar, and click on it:
Edit the refund:
- Choose the amount you'd like to refund by replacing the current cost value with the desired refund amount
- Select a reason for the refund
- Add any notes (optional)
- Click "REFUND"
On your mobile device:
On your Calendar, select the appointment you'd like to refund:
Tap "Checkout Details":
Tap the Refund Amount box, and enter the amount you'd like to refund:
Select a reason for the refund, and add any notes (optional):
Tap "Submit", and you'll see a summary of the refund details:
Please note: refunds should return to a client's card within the next 5-7 business days.
