Issue Full or Partial Refunds
On your Calendar, select the appointment you'd like to refund:
Tap "Checkout Details":
Enter the amount you'd like to refund:
Select a reason and add notes (optional):
Tap "Submit", and you'll see a summary of the refund details:
Refund a Late Cancellation Fee
- Go to "Clients" and search for the client's name
- Find their appointment
- Click on the "Refund" button below the appointment
- Fill out the refund information and click "Submit"
Please note: refunds should return to a client's card within the next 5-7 business days.
