NOTE: If you have ExpressPay active, you will have approximately 1 hour after the appointments scheduled end time to checkout it out via cash, check, etc. Not updating it properly within that 1 hour window will allow ExpressPay to charge the client's card on file.
1. Go to StyleSeat.com
2. Click "Log In"
3. Click "Schedule"
4. Locate the appointment for the client you'd like to refund, and click on that appointment to open it
5. Click "Checkout"
6. Click to choose your desired form of tender, and then complete the transaction.
