1. Go to StyleSeat.com
2. Click "Log In"
3. Click "Schedule"
4. Locate the appointment for the client you'd like to refund, and click on that appointment to open it
5. Click "REFUND"
6. Choose the amount you'd like to refund by replacing the current cost value with the desired refund amount, the reason, enter any notes (optional), and click "REFUND"
NOTE: This refund should be reflected on your client's card within the next 5-7 business days.
