NOTE: If you have ExpressPay active, you will have approximately 1 hour after the appointments scheduled end time to checkout an appointment manually. Otherwise, ExpressPay's autocharge functionality will trigger for the appointment in question.
1. Go to StyleSeat.com
2. Click "Log In"
3. Click "Schedule"
4. Locate the appointment for the client you'd like to refund, and click on that appointment to open it
5. Click "Checkout"
6. Click "StyleSeat Payments"
7. Choose the card on file to charge, and then click "CHECKOUT"
