As a client, you are in control of your tips and can make changes in two ways: Setting your default tip to 0% and entering "0" through the link in the SMS you receive after your scheduled appointment has ended.

Or - you can always update via SMS after your appointment's scheduled end time. Here's an example of the text message you'll receive:
"Thanks for using StyleSeat! You'll be charged for appt + 20% tip. To edit tip within 24 hours: http://link.to.pay.tip.styleseat."
You'll just want to click the link, enter "0" for the tip, and you'll be good to go!
