Before leaving your professional's location:
- Let them know to check you out as "CASH" from their calendar,
- Your professional needs to mark you as "CASH" during the checkout, to stop the app from charging your card!
**Each professional has the responsibility to mark/checkout an appointment as "CASH" to ensure their client is not charged. If your pro makes a mistake, you will need to reach out to them directly for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If your professional has a No-Show/Late Cancelation policy enabled and you're late or cancel with less than 24 hours advance notice, they will charge the credit card you left on file with them.
- To prevent this, ensure that you cancel your appointment through StyleSeat with more than 24 hours notice.
