Before leaving your professional's location:
- Let them know to check you out as "CASH" from their calendar,
- Your professional needs to mark you as "CASH" during the checkout, if the professional is set to automatic checkout, checking your appointment out as cash will stop the app from charging your card.
**Each professional has the responsibility to mark/checkout an appointment as "CASH" to ensure their client is not charged. If your pro makes a mistake, you will need to reach out to them directly for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If your professional has a No-Show/Late Cancelation policy enabled and you're late or cancel with less than 24 hours advance notice, they will charge the credit card you left on file with them. To prevent being charged, ensure that you cancel your appointment through StyleSeat with more than 24 hours notice.
If your professional forgets to check out your appointment as cash and your card is charged, please reach out to them directly for a refund.
