StyleSeat offers a number of tools for professionals to manage their booking, calendars, and more, but especially how their clients pay.
Each professional has the responsibility to mark/checkout an appointment as having been paid "CASH" to ensure that their client is not charged when they shouldn't be.
We recommend before leaving your professional's location to let them know to check you out as "CASH" from their schedule, if you're paying/have paid in cash. This will ensure that your professional will mark you as "CASH", and stop ExpressPay from charging your card!
PLEASE NOTE: If your professional has a No-Show/Late Cancelation policy enabled, that means if you cancel without more than 24 hours advance notice, your professional will be able to charge the credit card you left on file with them. In order to prevent this, ensure that you cancel your appointment through StyleSeat with more than 24 hours notice.
