Your StyleSeat subscription is completely voluntary, and if you wish to discontinue use of the account you will need to first cancel your subscription to make sure you are not charged moving forward. Once you have canceled via the steps below, your account will become inactive.
Please note: If you cancel during a payment cycle, you still get to use StyleSeat through the end of the cycle. (Example: if you are supposed to be charged on Oct 31st, but cancel on Oct 15th, you still get to use StyleSeat until October) Also, any existing ExpressPay appointments will be processed as usual.
Here are the instructions:
To cancel the subscription, hover over your name in the top right corner, and then click on “account” from the drop down. This will take you to the location where you can manage your subscription.
Or - simply navigate to your Account Settings:
Then click the "manage subscription" button.
If you are canceling in the app, go to the "More" tab and then scroll down until you see "Manage Subscription".
Canceling your subscription will stop future payments, and your account will still be left online but in an inactive state.
Once you have canceled via these steps, please write back to us at email@example.com if you would like the account to be fully deleted.
