Give clients a seamless experience from booking to checkout by charging them directly through StyleSeat. To get started, make sure you’ve completed these steps.
To charge a client:
Select the appointment from the calendar or Home tab.
EDIT SERVICE DETAILS
Tap edit to update the total amount you want to charge.
If your client doesn’t have a card on file yet, tap Payment Method and your client can securely store their card on file for fast and easy checkouts in the future.
If there’s an issue with the card on file, you’ll see an error message here.
CHECK OUT THE APPOINTMENT
Tap CHARGE and your client can tip and sign on the next screen.
MARK AS NO-SHOW
To mark an appointment as a no-show, tap More then mark as No-Show.
