We’ve simplified the way you edit your appointment details and if you use Automatic Checkout, you will now see helpful alerts when there's an issue with the card on file.
EDIT APPOINTMENT DETAILS
- Edit the appointment time and duration by tapping the Edit button across from the date.
- Add services and edit the total cost by tapping the Edit button across from Details.
- You’ll see a countdown to when the appointment will check out automatically below the Total.
CHECK OUT MANUALLY
- To check out manually instead, tap Checkout Now.
- From there, you can choose another payment method and have your client tip and sign.
- If there's an issue with the checkout, you'll see an error message below the Payment Method.
- Tap the “i” button next to the error message to get specific information about why the error occurred and what to do next.
- To update the card on file, tap Payment Method. You may need to contact your client to get their updated card information.
