Here’s how it works: when a client wants to book a time that isn't available on your calendar, they can request a Premium Appointment from your booking page which includes a 20% price increase. You'll then be notified when there's a request waiting for you in your waitlist, and it's up to you whether you accept or decline. If you accept and book the appointment, the client will get a text that instructing them to confirm and pay in advance from their phone. They'll see a full breakdown of the price including the 20% increase and if they don't pay within 48 hours, the appointment will automatically be canceled. StyleSeat will only keep 1/3 of the up-charge to continue optimizing our site and driving more opportunities to increase your earnings.
