We always aim to provide a smooth booking experience from reminders to re-book, to paying for an appointment in just a few taps. We now charge a standard $1 booking fee for most appointments to cover the operational costs of providing these features. The booking fee will power things like customer support, new feature development, and security measures. This is standard practice that other similar platforms use.
Whenever you are charged a booking fee, it will replace the authorization fee so you should never see two $1 charges. If your appointment is canceled, we’ll refund your booking fee assuming that you meet our cancellation policy.
Now, in addition to that, we are going to radically improve the experience!
Soon, we will be launching SMS customer support which is something our community has been asking for. We've also recently released a feature called Premium Appointments and we are introducing a marketing program called LevelUp, that delivers new clients with profitable results.
