All you need to do is opt into the feature when you book your appointment and enjoy your service without the hassle of exchanging cash.
Feel more secure with your checkout process and prevent the spread of germs and reduce human interaction by automatically checking out with your card on file. We've received an overwhelming demand for this feature from clients within our community. We ultimately want to do our best to create a better experience for you.
How It Works:
- Clients can set their preferences for Auto Pay during the booking process. After you select your professional, service, and appointment date/time, click “Book Now”. From here a message will appear asking you if you would like to “TURN ON AUTOPAY”. You're free to close the message and waive the prompt or opt in if you prefer a contact-less checkout.
- You can update this setting from inside of your account under “My Appointments” by clicking on “Manage Payments”.
- When you click on “My Payments” you will see your upcoming appointment details, and at the bottom will be the option to turn Auto Pay ON or OFF.
- You will also receive an SMS after you confirm your appointment with a link to easily enable Touchless Auto Pay directly from your phone if you have not already opted in.
- Your professional will be notified in their app if your appointment will be checked-out automatically or not. If you choose to use touchless payments, your card on file will be charged after your appointment is completed.
